2021 Forty Under 40

This Forty Under 40 class of 2021 is something special. They have impressive revenues and sales volumes, KPIs that are kicking ass, and of course the accolades (wink wink)—all the “successful professional” metrics remodelers should and do strive for.

We applaud those achievements, and indeed they factored into our selection process. But what makes this class something special is the people—truly interesting, inspiring, amazing people, who can do things like run an eight-employee business out of their college dorm room.

They’re a young mom who willed and worked herself from welfare to owning and running a roofing company—that by the way generated over $6 million in revenue last year. And they’re a young father that for no other reason than to give, started a charity to renovate the rooms for children with special needs. They’re people that represent the very best that occurs in our industry. Congratulations to the Forty Under 40 class of 2021.
