2020 Revenue $17.5 Million

How Perseverance Paid Off:

I am from Israel. I came to America to do computers and ended up in remodeling. I wanted to do sales either way. I started cold calling for an opportunity to be a sales rep. Then I started going to home shows. I kept getting a “no” because my accent was strong. But finally I got a job as a sales rep. After about five weeks of training, I was out in the field. I didn’t sell anything for two solid months—because of my accent, I found.

I helped bring one remodeling company from $3 million to $15 million in annual revenue.

I spent three months memorizing my presentation in as perfect English as I could get, and I started selling. I advanced from sales rep to team leader, to sales manager, and then branch manager. I helped bring one remodeling company from $3 million to $15 million in annual revenue. With endless help and support from my wife, Shimrit, I was able to eventually open EloR, and it’s thriving.
