I was the first full-time marketing person hired, and the difference between having an outside agency do campaigns is that I’m here every day. I’m around the culture and the people who make up the company. It’s easier to tell a brand’s story when you’re living it.
Business approach: We’ve been around for 25 years, and a big part of company culture is that family business feeling where you can go to someone’s house and make them feel comfortable from the start. We’ve grown each year, and it feels rapid, but it’s important to remember that we want those genuine moments with customers and subs.
