Pella Corp. Acquires Weather Shield
Pella Corp. announced on July 31 its acquisition of Weather Shield, a manufacturer of premium architectural wood and aluminum windows and doors. The terms of the deal were not released.
Weather Shield, based in Medford, Wis., is known for its distinctive architectural design expertise and high-end product offerings, serving the needs of architects, remodelers, builders, and homeowners. By joining the Pella family of brands, both companies are positioned for accelerated growth — offering expanded capabilities and more value to customers in the future, Pella stated in a news release.
