Why Being Able to Explain How You Do Business Is Important

As your company grows, you owe it to the people you work with or work for to explain how you do business.
According to remodeling business coach Shawn McCadden, these people include prospects, customers, architects, employees, and recruits.
For example, if you can't explain to your employees how you do business, "they will be challenged to take on responsibility as the business grows," McCadden writes.
