TJ’s training is in architecture, and he also has a background in Web design. That proved a powerful combination for Case Design/Remodeling, where TJ is the director of project development.

While working with clients, TJ would often hear the same frustrations regarding bathroom design: “Why are there so many options? The selection is overwhelming! How did we get to that price?” His aha moment came in 2011, and he jotted down the framework for a website that would allow anyone to design and price a bathroom remodel in real time, and on their terms. A little over two years later, Case launched TJ’s vision. Today, ibby.com—Inspiration Built By You—is not only a profitable stand-alone brand, it’s also a unique design and pricing tool for the entire Case Design sales team, helping simplify the two common challenges of bathroom remodeling: options and pricing.

After just 15 months of live use, ibby.com and Case Design have been featured in The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, and a range of other publications.
