Projected 2023 Revenue: $11 million

Professional accomplishment: I’m proud of how our team has streamlined the luxury design and remodel experience at a mid-range price point for consumers. We do this by being a production model.

Our inside sales team qualifies rigorously and we hone in on jobs that we want. Our outside sales professionals utilize a proprietary hybrid PSA (Professional Services Agreement) at the first client meeting, which sets up 88% of those clients to hire us and sign a full contract at the second meeting. Clients appreciate that the prices have already been determined. They can relax knowing that the designer isn’t going to surprise them with a large bill or ask them to buy things they don’t want.

On team structure: Our production model provides each client with a three-person team for the three distinct phases of their project—sales, design, and construction. There’s no need for our employees to wear multiple hats and spend time doing things that they don’t like. We attract top talent because we let them each do what they are good at and what they love.
