On owning her projects: At our studio, we are heavily involved in the design process from start to finish. The sooner we are involved the better! We are truly full-service and work closely with our clients to pick out every finish in their homes from the shingle color down to the perfect accent pillows.
One of my favorite parts about my job is creating close relationships with not only our clients but our project managers as well. “Building trust” is a motto that we commonly refer to and is essential to happy clients and a well-run job.
On being a Minnesota Vikings cheerleader: I grew up dancing and it was always a big goal of mine to become a Minnesota Vikings cheerleader. I tried out numerous times before finally making it. It was the best three years of my life. I think the entire experience helped me with my people skills in my work today.
