PJ Fitzpatrick Acquires Bathroom Buddy Remodeling
Home improvement company PJ Fitzpatrick announced on May 16 its acquisition of Bathroom Buddy Remodeling. The deal allows PJ Fitzpatrick, which is based in New Castle, Del., and specializes in roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and bathroom remodeling throughout the Mid-Atlantic, to expand its reach into New York. Bathroom Buddy Remodeling is based in Smithtown and services Long Island.
“Joining forces with PJ Fitzpatrick wasn't just a strategic decision; it was a natural progression toward greater service excellence,” said John Huxtable, president of operations and co-founder of Bathroom Buddy Remodeling.
The company has traditionally focused exclusively on bathroom projects, but its services will be expanded. “Our long-held reputation in Long Island will now be complemented by a broader array of home improvement solutions that our customers can rely on,” said Huxtable.
“We're taking the branding prowess of Bathroom Buddy in Long Island and Queens and complementing it with our sales, marketing strategies, and resources,” said James Freeman, CEO of PJ Fitzpatrick. “Our acquisition reinforces our commitment to exceptional service and top-quality workmanship, deepening the trusted relationship with homeowners on Long Island.”
The newly formed partnership is already integrating operations, with expanded service bookings available to Long Island homeowners.
