While this is partly the result of strong customer service, Erdmann also credits his background as an installer. That expertise allowed him to come up with a detailed structure for the way products are installed and priced, especially windows. This has enabled reps, field staff, and homeowners to all have the same understanding of the job quickly and easily. HomeSealed’s reps are trained to clearly describe the company’s three main window options, and Erdmann says that this clarity and relative simplicity have greatly helped to grow the bottom line.
