Addressing the Labor Shortage: Instead of using the old-school referral-based methodology, we began extending our searches outside of the city and using online resume services. We found three new guys that way. I don’t think you can do it effectively the old way. Pretty much everybody is online, especially the young workers, and you have to go where they are.
