Pro Football Hall of Fame player and Super Bowl-winning coach Mike Ditka will be the keynote speaker at the 2nd Annual Extreme Sales Summit, to be held September 17-18, 2014, at the Intercontinental Chicago O’Hare Hotel in Rosemont, Ill. A Chicago restaurateur and founder of The Mike Ditka Foundation, which raises funds for Misericordia and pediatric AIDS research programs, Ditka is a renowned motivational speaker.
The Extreme Sales Summit is the only conference devoted entirely to in-home selling and is hosted by SGC Horizon’s Professional Remodeler, the media brand serving owners and executives of residential remodeling firms, and PRIME, the premier council of leading and high-volume remodeling professionals.
More than 300 top home-improvement executives and sales professionals attended the inaugural Summit in 2013. This year’s two-day event is expected to draw more than 400 participants, who will gather at the Energy Boost-themed event to network, learn the latest in consumer buying trends and take home new ideas to recharge and re-energize their sales organizations.
In addition to Mike Ditka, the program features top-flight selling consultants and national home improvement sales speakers, including author Mark Richardson, Fellow, Harvard University’s Joint Center for Housing Studies, and Patrick O’Toole, editorial director and publisher of Professional Remodeler, Professional Builder and HousingZone.com.
“Nobody can motivate a team better than Mike Ditka,” says Tony Mancini, Group Publisher-Principal of SGC Horizon. “We are very excited to build upon the success of the inaugural event and offer attendees an intense, result-generating workshop program, led by a panel of distinguished motivational speakers.”
