Online listing company Redfin picks through the current sentiment of economic analysts on the housing market, which in sum isn’t so optimistic.
“A leading economic report said housing is ‘faltering,’ and Fed Chairwoman Janet Yellen told Congress the housing market is depressed,” Redfin’s Lorraine Woellert writes. “Relax. It’s not as bad as it sounds.”
According to Redfin, sales are still better than last year and have been for four straight months.
