August 31, 2002
This article first appeared in the PR September 2002 issue of Pro Remodeler.

LifeGuard windows and doors are engineered to meet coastal building codes. They incorporate KeepSafe Maximum laminated glass, which is certified to withstand 150-mph wind, the company says. Other upgrades include (on operating casements) two master locks, slave lock reinforcement, a re-glazeable sash and an extruded aluminum exterior, and an integral nailing fin. LifeGuard is offered in the Legacy and Weather Shield product lines.
