Held in the Las Vegas Convention Center on Monday, February 26, this one-day event features curated speakers, panels, and discussion topics for young leaders in residential construction. Experience this year’s theme, Ideas to Action, by learning new skills and approaches to business to implement in your business. 

The U40 Leadership Summit offers a unique platform for attendees to engage with thought leaders and fellow rising stars. The U40 Leadership Summit is not just a conference; it's an immersive experience designed to foster connections, ignite ideas, and propel your career to new heights.

Build lasting relationships, exchange ideas, and discover potential collaborators who share your vision for success. The summit's inclusive atmosphere encourages open dialogue and knowledge sharing, creating a supportive community of emerging leaders.

Attendees can register for The U40 Leadership Summit, hosted by Pro Remodeler and Pro Builder, through the IBS portal. Attendees receive a free expo pass for IBS, granting access to the event and show floor from February 27 through 29. Registration also includes lunch and an evening reception.
