AGS Stainless’ Cascadia is a stainless steel-bar railing system that remodelers can install with minimal modifications at a price point closer to the aluminum options. Before, remodelers often had to hire a local metal fabricator to offer a quality steel railing, but this system is pulled from a dealer’s inventory and can be installed in one day. The railing components are made of marine-grade stainless steel.

Perma-Column says the precast deck posts are also an environmentally friendly solution, coming from 100% recycled materials and no toxic chemicals. The structure additionally keeps treated wood from the soil, preventing chemicals from leaching out.
