Smart watches have existed for some time, but as The Guardian reports, it’s the Apple Watch that really put the product on the radar. With all the hype around it, is it really worth buying?
“They are inherently for the notification-obsessed,” writes reporter Samuel Gibbs for The Guardian. “If you don’t feel the urge to reach for your phone the moment it demands your attention, then a smartwatch is likely to add little value to your life.”
Even if you are not notification-obsessed, remodelers may find the item handy for when they already have their hands full with other tools – just be prepared to worry about another gadget that needs charging.
