Selecting the Right Customers for Your Business

Sometimes the customer may not always be right. Inc. warns against three types of customers whose business is not worth the trouble.

Some customers will stoop to manipulation, bullying and temper tantrums when in pursuit of the cheapest deal.  Steer clear of the “leeches”, “players” and “exploders”.
