Trying to overplan or take on too many things for 2021 isn't efficient nor will it play out well in such an unstable environment, according to Richardson. Instead, "you’ll want to focus on things that you can, including the time and energy you spend on your team members and clients, and on opportunities for greater leads and business growth," Richardson says. "You can control your sales process, and how much safer you can make the remodeling experience for everyone, as well."
There are three questions remodelers should focus on:
1. What do you know?
2. What do you have?
3. What can you countrol?
