Digger Specialties Inc. (DSI) offers two aluminum cable railing systems under its Westbury brand: the Bella Cavo horizontal and the VertiCable vertical. They are suited for decks, patios, balconies, and stairways, indoors or out.

The Bella Cavo uses thin stainless-steel cables stretched between powder-coated aluminum posts for an unobstructed sightline. Sections come in 4-, 6-, and 8-foot lengths in 36- or 42-inch heights, with matching adjustable gates in 36- and 48-inch widths. The system uses a screw-based tensioning mechanism that eliminates the need for crimping tools on site.

The VertiCable runs its cables vertically and ships 95% pre-assembled and pre-tensioned, significantly reducing field labor. It is available in 4- through 8-foot section lengths in 36- or 42-inch heights, with cables spaced 3 inches apart, a configuration that meets code requirements for pet and child safety. Single- and double-gate options are available.

Both systems are finished using DSI's proprietary 10-step AAMA 2604 powder coating process and come in 12 colors with textured or non-textured surface options. Both carry a lifetime limited warranty.
