Kitchen and bath designer Native Trails has introduced a new sink to its NativeStone Collection: Anacapa. Adding subtle sophistication to the classic rectangular bathroom sink design, the smooth, minimalist basin enhances everyday usability while also serving as a serene design statement

Anacapa remains lightweight despite its grand scale while presenting an innovative design that allows it to undermount with ease. Each sink is handcrafted through a multi-day artisan process that involves craftspeople pouring and hand-packing NativeStone into custom molds, which are then hand-polished after the slow curing process. The NativeStone material is a proprietary blend of natural jute fiber and cement, up to 40% lighter than traditional concrete.

Each sink is sealed with NativeStone Shield sealer, which penetrates the surface on a molecular level, for enhanced performance. The process creates a scratch-resistant barrier that makes Anacapa impervious to water, oils, food, and acids.

Anacapa comes available in 10 distinctive finishes: neutral tones such as Pearl, Ash, Slate, Earth, Charcoal, and Sand, as well as nature-inspired hues like Ocean, Sage, Forest, and Terracotta. Each sink includes steel mounting brackets for a secure and simple installation. It retails for $619 at QualityBath and PlumbTile.
