According to remodeling business coach Shawn McCadden, “getting everyone on the same page can be the difference between an amazing house and a patchwork disaster.”

Using Florida’s construction law as a model, McCadden offers suggestions on how to view the residential building team, and how to organize it.

He also emphasizes the importance of adding more social interaction between each team member, based on a study done on students from the architecture, interior design, and construction schools of Mississippi State University.
