Amidst the ongoing debate about whether entrepreneurs are born or made, this piece of advice is something valuable for current business owners. “The key is knowing your strengths – and know your weaknesses, too,” Nilssen writes, adding that when you know where you’ll need support, you can build your team accordingly.
