Situated at the corner of a waterfront street in the Bird Key neighborhood, the original home featured access to sweeping views of downtown Sarasota that provided the backdrop for this bold, distinctive interior design.

Custom concrete elements grace the space, including a tapered-edge fireplace accented by soaring walnut panels over the mantle and on the ceiling.

The stair makes use of a center stringer, wood block treads, and glass-panel railings to guide visitors to the guest suites above and maintain the open flow of the rooms.
