Normandy Remodeling has been a top remodeler for the Chicagoland area for the past 34 years, and has recently been awarded a 2013 Guildmaster Award for exceptional customer service. GuildQuality, an independent customer satisfaction surveying company, has powered the Guildmaster Award since 2005 to celebrate service excellence in the building, remodeling, contracting, and home services professions.
In granting awards, GuildQuality considers two primary metrics for each candidate: the percentage of customers who would recommend and the percentage of customers who responded. Normandy Remodeling achieved a recommendation rate of greater than 90% from their customers, who were surveyed through GuildQuality.
“Normandy Remodeling has been steadily growing since the recession took its toll,” says Normandy Co-Owner Andy Wells. “A lot of that growth can be attributed to our high customer service standards; referrals are one of our best sources of business and if our standards weren’t so high, we might not be doing so well. Unfortunately, not many remodeling companies can say that 96% of their customers would recommend them for a project. We make customer service a priority, and it’s worked for us for the past 34 years.”
