Online commerce giant Amazon launched Amazon Home Services yesterday. The new product allows people to order services “in much the same way they’ve always ordered physical goods,” Vox reports.
This means two things for the plumbers, contractors, electricians, and others in the remodeling industry: depending on how you look at it, it is either more exposure or more referral services to contend with.
