The polymer coating and textured surface create a strong bond, reducing tile slippage during installation. It is suitable for wet and non-wet installations in residential and light commercial applications. The 1/4-inch Diamondback tile backer is available in standard 3- by 5-foot and 4- by 4-foot sizes and is offered in 1/2-inch and 5/8-inch thicknesses for wall and ceiling applications.
