Bilco ScapeWEL

ScapeWEL by Bilco adds natural daylight and fresh air to lower level living areas while providing safe, code-compliant emergency egress. ScapeWEL consists of two side panels and two- or three-step panel components that simply snap together on-site in a patented slot and tab design. ScapeWEL is impervious to soil and moisture conditions and features a rigid structural foam filled core for added strength and stability.
