Fixed and ProFixed fixed roof windows offer advanced designs and installation upgrades that save both time and money. Fixed model comes with a factory-installed, built-in condensation gutter, heavy-duty double air seal EPDM gasket and sealed corners for a weathertight seal. Window is also pre-grooved on all sides for drywall and has pre-cut dado grooves for mounting installation brackets. ProFixed window offers a peel-away paint shield, pre-grooved drywall return channel and ready-to-paint primed interior frame. No cutting or shimming for drywall is necessary.
