Give homeowners shade for the back yard deck you’ve just added with the ShadeTree retractable canopy. Flexible canopies can be extended and retracted to accommodate the changing light of the day. The canopies are easy to install; are available in two widths, 5 ft. 4 in. and 4 ft. 2 in.; and can project up to 21 ft. from the building. The canopies interlock, so additional canopies can be attached as needed. In a strong wind, a mechanism releases the retractable canopies so they float freely in the track. Canopies come in two fabrics: a vinyl-coated polyester mesh and 100-percent acrylic. Both can be cleaned with a garden hose and mild detergent.
