Concrete Shield insulation is an alternative to foam board insulation in homes with radiant heating systems installed in concrete slabs or driveways. It provides a thermal barrier, acts as a vapor retarder and, during construction, resists cracking and compression, the company says. A tape tab system is designed to facilitate installation. The product comes in 48x125-foot rolls.
