Sheetrock Tuff-Hide is a primer-surfacer spray designed to provide smooth, finished gypsum panel walls and ceilings. With one application, USG says, the product generates the same results produced by the two-step pro-cess of skim coating with joint compound and then applying a coat of drywall primer. The latex-based material provides a base for paint finishes and can be left unpainted on ceilings for a flat, white finish.
