Premier Home Pros Expands Into Luxury Vinyl Flooring

Home improvement company Premier Home Pros is moving beyond its fast-turn bathroom remodeling roots with the launch of a new line of luxury vinyl flooring.

The rollout begins in three markets: Dayton, Ohio; Cleveland; and Pittsburgh. The company says it plans to expand the offerings, which include plank and tile options, to all of its locations by the end of 2026; the company has 15 locations with plans to open its 16th by the end of March.

Premier Home Pros’ luxury vinyl plank flooring is a commercial-grade product that is scratch-resistant, waterproof, and engineered for long-term performance in busy households. The company’s luxury vinyl tile collection is designed specifically for wet and high-moisture spaces, making it ideal for bathrooms, laundry rooms, mudrooms, and homes in warmer, more humid climates. Both products are offered in a variety of colors and designs.

“Flooring was a natural next step,” said CEO and co-owner Augustine Wadian, noting that the company is applying the same installation model, material standards, and customer experience framework used in its bath business.

Premier Home Pros’ flooring service includes professional installation by licensed and insured teams, expert design guidance, and a streamlined in-home consultation experience. By maintaining a factory-direct sourcing model, the company aims to keep pricing competitive while controlling quality across markets.
