NARI Names 159 Regional Remodeler Winners
The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) announced the 2026 Regional Remodeler of the Year Award winners, recognizing 159 outstanding remodeling professionals whose projects collectively represent more than $138 million in remodeling work across the United States.
The Regional RotY Awards celebrate excellence in residential remodeling across a range of project categories, including whole-house remodels, kitchens, baths, additions, historic renovations, outdoor living spaces, and specialty projects. Winners were selected for their superior craftsmanship, innovative design solutions, problem-solving expertise, and commitment to professionalism.
“These 159 regional winners exemplify the very best of the remodeling industry,” said NARI President, Aaron Enfinger, CR. “Their work reflects not only technical excellence and creativity, but also the trust homeowners place in NARI professionals to transform their homes and improve their quality of life.”
Regional winners advance to compete at the national level, where National RotY Award winners will be announced in April.
About the Remodeler of the Year Awards
The RotY honors the best remodeling projects completed by NARI members. Projects are judged by an impartial panel of industry experts on criteria including functionality, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation, and degree of difficulty.
