The National Association of Home Builders’ International Builders’ Show (IBS) is the annual “can’t-miss” event where remodelers can discover what’s new and what’s next in the industry. Register now to attend the 2026 show, being held Feb. 17–19 in Orlando, Fla.
From education sessions and networking to hands-on demos and exclusive tours, IBS provides remodelers with actionable insights they can apply to their projects and business. The show features more than 120 education sessions in nine tracks, with more than 225 speakers and formats to fit every learning style. The Custom Building and Remodeling track offers strategies and trends tailored to remodelers to help them refine their methods and business processes.
Education for Remodeling Success
Building Knowledge Sessions are the foundation of IBS education and offer something for everyone, no matter your role in the industry. For 2026, there’s a new format and expanded programming, including an AI & Tech Studio with a focus on artificial intelligence and technology. Custom Building and Remodeling Track
The track covers design trends, project planning, and client communication techniques. Remodelers will leave equipped with new approaches to improve efficiency, enhance client satisfaction, and stay ahead of market trends. A couple key sessions:
Practical Strategies to Maximize Remodeling Margins, led by Wes Crockett of Mahogany Builders. Remodelers can glean practical insights on creating business processes that drive consistent financial results.
Remodeler Pre-construction that Boosts Profits, Clarity & Client Confidence, featuring Gregory Woleck of Remodelers Advantage. Discover how to transform your pre-construction process into a strategic system that minimizes surprises, keeps budgets in check, and sets expectations that lead to smoother builds and happier clients.
Connect & Learn in Remodeling Central
Remodeling Central in one of many Centrals at IBS, which bring together experts and peers in different specialties and niches. These lounge-like areas allow you to connect and exchange ideas with your peers, participate in laid-back and informal learning discussions, and view specialized seminars tailored for remodelers.
Programming at Remodeling Central will focus on trends reshaping home improvement, marketing strategies for high-end remodelers, and include a panel on the future of innovation and efficiency in remodeling.

Tour The New American Remodel
You can’t miss out on touring The New American Remodel (TNAR), an official IBS show home that showcases the latest in design and high-performance remodeling. This remodeled home is a show highlight.
This year, Phil Kean Design Group revitalized a 3,341-square-foot Winter Park, Florida, home originally built in 1951. With retro Miami-inspired design and modern features—including an expansive great room and multipurpose home office—the three-bedroom, four-bathroom home achieved NGBS Emerald Level Certification, the highest level of achievement under the National Green Building Standard.
Additionally, the team behind TNAR is presenting a program on high-performance remodeling in Remodeling Central.
Tickets are required for the tour; complimentary shuttle buses run daily from the Orange County Convention Center.
Saying Goodbye to Orlando
IBS 2026 marks the final show in Orlando before permanently moving to Las Vegas in 2027.
