Luxury Italian-based brand Rimadesio is working to reimagine door and architectural system design possibilities with the introduction of four new innovative options to their product lineup. The new product options include the Velaria, Air+, Radius, and Sail. Designed by Giuseppe Bavuso to make a sophisticated statement in residential, hospitality, and commercial spaces, each product is crafted meticulously through a production process powered by solar energy.

Velaria

A sliding door crafted with geometrical rigor, Velaria features custom-made project panels and a structural profile made from minimum thickness aluminum. This aesthetic highlights Rimadesio’s signature style of glass and utilizes patented innovative technical solutions to guarantee the utmost freedom of design.

The built-in and wall-fixed rail system allows for a design that maximizes simplicity and complete architectural integration. Velaria is simple to install and provides exceptional long-term reliability.

Air+

The Air bidirectional pivot door system has been enhanced, now including the Air+ version, which features horizontal and vertical crosspieces which create a cross-shaped geometric design. This eliminates the need for structural elements such as jambs and frames, creating solutions that can be inserted into environments and taking advantage of high quality materials like aluminum.

Joining previous aesthetic types Air, Air Pure, and Air Regular, the Air+ has great compositional flexibility, making it an ideal choice for large environments. Air System enables linear, corner, and T-shaped compositions.

It comes available in four aesthetic configurations, with the panel reaching maximum dimensions of  2028mm in width and 3600mm in height. All Air system doors are custom made both in materials and finishes.

Radius

A new bi-directional pivot door system from Giuseppe Bavuso, Radius forwards Rimadesio’s design path of removing structural elements to create products that better integrate into environments. Radius is a full-height solution that is coplanar to the wall with a minimal design that allows for continuity with surrounding architecture.

Radius is suitable for large dimensions, with its panels reaching 3600mm in height and 1760 mm in width as a result of its aluminum structure. Installation is versatile and can be done without a jamb, with a concealed jamb, or it can be integrated into the Modulor wall paneling system.

The panel is available with a full-length mirror or with horizontal and vertical crosspieces and is designed to offer maximum functional quality. The aluminum structure of Radius is available in 48 Ecolorsystem variants , and the double-sided coating of the door panel offers a total of 161 different finishes.

Sail

Combining functional, highly technical performance with a unique and expressive aesthetic value, Sail is a perfectly double-sided sliding panel that has resulted from accurate technological research. Its sliding panel can be used in both day and night areas to divide spaces, or even as a real piece of furniture to add elegance to the interior space.

A minimalistic design that is also expressive as a result of its wooded crosspieces, Sail is a custom-designed product in both height and width that can be designed to accommodate any existing opening.
