Caesarstone has announced a new category of surfaces to their product lineup with the Caesarstone ICON. The surfaces are crystalline and silica-free (less than 1%) and are made from ~80% recycled materials. Made from a patent-pending blend, it is meant to combat the health risks associated with crystalline silica, which is naturally present in many countertop materials.
Caesarstone ICON surpasses rigorous industry and safety tests and meets strict regulatory requirements, ensuring a safe and sustainable product. Caesarstone’s commitment to using recycled materials helps reduce waste and conserve natural resources. Its innovations in enhanced depth and commitment to precision, durability, and timeless aesthetics helps it maintain an elegance while also being eco-friendly.
“Caesarstone ICON is more than just a new product line — it represents the culmination of decades of innovation in both design and sustainability,” Erik Christensen, President of Caesarstone US, said in a news release. “This collection sets a new standard for responsible living, without compromising on the design excellence Caesarstone is known for.”
Available in eight new colors and perfect for use in kitchens, bathrooms, or commercial spaces, Caesarstone ICON is also tougher, more impact resistant, and easier to maintain than materials such as natural stone, granite, or marble.
