Where We’re Innovating: We have a protocol for caring for our clients during the construction process by adding in personal touches along the way. (It’s hard to make friends when you’re ripping apart someone’s home!) If we have a client that’s having surgery, we make sure to send them flowers. If we know they have pets, we put together a pet care package with treats and toys. Wine drinker? We gift them a three-month subscription to a wine-of-the-month club. It doesn’t cost much and takes so little time, but to our clients it goes a long way to show that we’ve listened.
