Treehugger reports that 91 percent of people plan to treat their significant others to something special on Valentine’s Day.
By “treating,” they also mean spending $18.9 billion on things ranging from jewelry to flowers on Feb. 14, based on data from the National Retail Federation’s Valentine’s Day Consumer Spending Survey.
