A Paradigm Shift to Saying “No” at Work

The Harvard Business Review addresses a need to change our assumptions about saying no in the work place.

Adapted from Holly Weeks’ “Say No Without Burning Bridges,” HBR encourages us to stop looking at saying no as “a choice between confrontation and staying on good terms.” Saying a firm no neutrally backed with business reasons could be a great way to increase productivity, focus and relations at work.
