Imagine never having to stand in line at city hall for a permit ever again. Since January, NetClerk, a South San Franciso company, has been making it easier for Bay Area remodelers to fill out, submit and archive building permit applications. The service, which is available for $50 to $2,500 per month depending on volume of permits the remodeler does, should be available in 2,000 cities by year end, according to Jon Fisher, CEO.
