Over the past five years, Dave Graber of Airko Co. in Cleveland, Ohio, has seen demand for porches increase. In fact, last year, he helped to renovate five homes as part of the Great Exterior Makeover project. "One of the key elements all five homeowners in Cleveland requested as part of the renovation was some type of porch area," he says.
