Design Trend Watch: We’re seeing a shift in design trends, fueled by millennials on one end and aging-in-place homeowners on the other. People want more space and more time, and we give them that along with heightened efficiency by using design elements such as wall-hung toilets and vanities, tech-driven showers, and better organization throughout the space. We’ve begun partnering with other specialists like occupational therapists and home automation professionals to help achieve those goals for clients. We’re also seeing VR and AR becoming more mainstream.
