Design: Sliding Walls in a Tiny, Contemporary Space

June 03, 2015

Who really needs bedrooms? New York-based architectural practice MKCA designed a clever way to turn a tight studio into a clutter-free, spacious “one bedroom.”

They call it the “5:1 (Five in One)” apartment, because of its sliding walls that allows for multiple configurations of the home.
