The insurance claim software Xactimate has not updated its algorithms to match the escalated material and labor prices, argues contractor business coach Mark Paskell.
He explains that Xactimate is owned by Verisk Analytics, a maor insurance industry solution provider. “Thousands of insureds in Massachusetts and contractors are dealing with low ball claim offers coming from adjusters using Xactimate,” Paskell adds.
