After two years of virtual events, the annual Women in Residential Construction (WIRC) Conference is back in person for 2022.
For seven years, Pro Remodeler and Pro Builder have gathered female executives and managers from across the country for its annual WIRC Conference to connect, learn, and inspire. The eighth annual conference will be held October 19 through 21 at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort in San Diego.
The theme this year is Leadership Reimagined, and the conference will focus on the idea of different kinds of leadership and how anyone, despite their position, can be a leader.
More than 200 women from the residential construction industry will gather for three days of inspirational speakers, actionable lessons, breakout sessions, and networking.
