Viking Range introduces the Professional 7 Series Ranges with 23,000 BTU elevation burners, a deep recessed pan, and a convection oven for a restaurant-caliber range. The convection oven features GentleClose doors, TruGlide full extension racks, and SoftLit LED lights. The iGrill accessory meat thermometer monitors food from up to 200 feet away via Bluetooth-enabled Apple or Android devices. The 7 Series is offered in 36- and 48-inch widths, in gas or dual fuel versions.
