More than half a decade after the Great Recession is a good time to reflect and review the construction market. The American City Business Journals spoke with economists from trade associations representing home builders, construction companies and architects to get their insight. The bottom line? A recovery in nonresidential construction as well as housing, though its still a couple of years until home-building gets back to normal levels.
