Zech helped start Southern Home Improvement after graduating from high school and continues to be a key asset to the growth of the company, incorporating technology and creative organization solutions to improve processes, utilizing digital media to market the business, and inspiring the team around him to succeed.
His introduction of digital technology has revolutionized the company. His incorporation of tablets, video portfolios, and high-tech project renderings is invaluable to clients who need help visualizing a concept. And Zech’s Internet and social media savvy are generating stronger leads and closing more sales.
Zech has also constructed countless handicap ramps, built homes in Mexico, rebuilt after Hurricane Katrina, and volunteered with Habitat for Humanity in his efforts to help people in need.
