In the latest episode of Remodeling Mastery by Mark Richardson, the show's host and namesake goes through five false positives remodelers are seeing in their numbers: lead flow, online engagement rates, close rates, virtual vs face-to-face interactions, and balancing your project portfolios. Richardson explains why some of the metrics around these indicators can be misleading and how to better interpret them. 

In the latter half of the episode, Richardson is joined by Kermit Baker, chief economist for the American Institute of Architects and project director of the Remodeling Futures Program at Harvard University, to discuss how the global pandemic has and continues to impact remodeling.
